I've spent my career building pioneering software and hardware products. With a multi-disciplinary approach, I've commercialized self-driving cars at Cruise, launched Portal at Meta, and have designed everything from AI to operating systems to business tools.

As a leader, I've built design teams from the ground up and established exceptional design processes at Cruise and Facebook. Having interviewed hundreds of designers and trained hundreds of others in interviewing, I'm an industry expert in identifying talent and hiring designers.
